WHAT WE DO
Alpha Combat Group (ACG) is providing services for High Risk Civilian Contractors, High Risk Security Operators, Professional Operators Working in the Security Sector-Executive Protection, Tactical Medic, PSD Operators, Law Enforcement, Private Military Professionals, and also for the PMCs, PSCs or private companies who are involved in the military industry. We want to provide the easiest and fastest way of connecting qualified employees with employers in the Private Defense Contracting and the Outsourcing Industry with the help of our Private Contractor Data Base (PCDB). PCDB will be organized in such way, that the parties concerned are granted access to the database, only after passing the ACG authorization. Moreover, ACG is offering you access to an ACG Forum through which you can communicate with users, sharing the same interest in military and combat studies, exchange experience and information, ask questions and get well-founded answers from experienced users. The forum is divided in several main units for easier communication.
ACG is also capable of conducting various services regarding the tactical training needed for the jobs in the High Risk Industry and Hostile Environments, together with several courses including survival techniques in a wilderness situation.

PRIVATE CONTRACTOR DATA BASE (PCDB)
Alpha Combat Group (ACG) wishes to offer all PMCs, PSCs and other individual employers or authorized recruiters who have needs for Independent Contractor services our unique Private Contractor Data Base (PCDB). Each company or individual, authorized by ACG, will be able to gain access to our PCDB and search the Database and contact Private Contractors, without anyone interfering. We want to emphasize that ONLY authorized companies and individuals WILL be granted access to our database. Authorization will be done by designated employers of Alpha Combat Group.
Any agreement between employee and employer and any other kind of cooperation is only of their mutual concern and ACG obligates not to interfere in their communication any further. ACG considers its job done when the two parties establish connection. As for Private Contractors, their access to our Database and attaching information (CV, etc.) about them is FREE. Each contractor can only access his individual profile and receive information whether a company or an individual have visited his profile, how many times the profile has been visited and the time of the last visit.
Any company that wishes to gain access to our PCDB will be granted a FREE NINE months trial period. After the trial period expires, further access to the data base will be granted only after paying a specified sum, in return the employer will receive (for FREE) place for advertisement on our website.
Alpha Combat Group obligates to keep the confidentiality of the personal information regarding the Contractors and not to use it for any illegal purposes or give it to unauthorized persons or companies.
Private Contractors who are contacted by employers can accept or reject employers potential job offer and that decision is they personal choice. ACG will not interfere with their decisions or give them any advice regarding that matter. Alpha Combat Group also keeps the right to offer work to Contractors IF and WHEN it comes to a position to do that.

Our Private Contractor Job Board (PCJB) is the place where PMCs, PSCs and other authorized individuals can put their job announcements. Private Contractors can get access in PCJB, search it, and apply for the certain position. It is the easiest and the fastest way for the both side to connect, start communication and make first business agreements.
